Safe, Clean and Green
Preparation for your stay
Sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover, kitchen towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided and the beds will be made up for you. If you prefer to bring your own linen and towels please let me know and I will reduce your rental by £20.
The welcome pack will contain pre-wrapped items: tea, coffee, milk and so on. There is hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. I’ll email guests with a guide to the local attractions and key features of the property.
On arrival
Please collect your key from the keysafe in the front garden.. Please don’t check in before 3pm so that we can ensure everything is ready for your holiday.
On departure
Please strip the bed and leave the towels in the bathrooms
Please do not leave unbagged rubbish in the property. Bag your black bag waste and put your recycling in the grey bins. Leave any glass for recycling in the container in the utility room.
We would really appreciate it if you could check out promptly by 10am leaving the key back in the keysafe, so that we can clean ready for the next guests.
Fire Policy.
Our fire risk assessment is attached. No candles, melts or naked flames. Fires in the grate in the sitting room can be started using the easy light logs provided.
